Replacement/update of burglar alarm keyboard and monitoring system.
10Verified ReviewFirst contacted this company when my partner activated the panic alarm accidentally on our (ageing) burglar alarm and we could not turn it off. Sam talked me through how to turn the noise off and how to stop it if it happened again. Advice was given at no cost and very pleasantly. When we realised bits of the system were past their best, I went back to CSI, got a quote and appointment quickly; the new key pad was installed on time, in an organised and tidy manner with no mess left after. After service has also been good on the couple of times (all our own fault) when we’ve needed a reset.
