    The firm answered my call for help quickly. When the rep. Found that the blind was outdated and a replacement part unavailable, he offered to replace with a similar new model. This was done very efficiently and I do feel that he did his best to repair the original. The replacement was ordered and fitted in very short time and I am really satisfied with the work done.

    I had 2 bathroom roller blinds from D&L Blinds. Amazing customer service right from booking the appointment. Luke came round and measured up my windows, we discussed a variety of options/materials and colours. We looked through the sample folder and after discussion decided to go with a wipeable material so it would be easy to clean them. I recieved my quote that evening. When Luke came to install the blinds he was brilliant. Fitted the new blinds on longer brackets so they didn't hit the window handles and sit in a better position. He left the bathroom clean and tidy. Thank you D&L Blinds.

Arrived at the time we agreed, did an excellent job fitting them and leaving everything neat and tidy when he finished. The blinds are excellent quality and I am really pleased with them.
