• Replacement Radiator and Drain Valve Fitting

  Got off to a bad start when didn't arrive when we agreed. Had rightly prioritised a customer with no hot water / heating. But I had to chase to find this out - a quick phone call or text to me would have been useful as I was waiting in and anxious I had been forgotten. However, we rearranged for a few days later. Came on time, did a really good job - including dealing with piping issues as replacement was not exactly 'like for like', very tidy. Would use again.

• Replacement of Boiler and Hive

  D and S Plumbing were recommended by a neighbour to replace our boiler. Dean is highly knowledgeable and fitted a new Vaillant Boiler and Hive which work perfectly and you can not see where the old boiler has been. Dean works very hard and cares enormously about getting the job right. I would not hesitate in recommending him.

• Radiator Repair

  I made an appointment with D&S plumbing services very easily via email. (This was very helpful to me as I get a bit nervous with phone calls) Dean was very prompt to see to the issue and explained exactly what the issue was and what he would do to resolve. He made sure to keep the area he was working in covered and cleaned up everything after the work was done. I am extremely satisfied as not only was the work done efficiently and professional, but overall my whole radiator system has been working a whole lot better since the repair.

• Walk in shower

  After Dean did the power flush, I asked if he could remove my bath and install a walk in shower. He did a great job (again) and I have a lovely shower to make life easier. I would recommend Dean 100%.

• Shower cubicle/wet panels/bath panels fitted very badly

  I was very clear in what I wanted. Wet panels in the shower, bath panels, shower plinth and quadrant shower cubicle replaced for products as close as possible to what I had. I was left with very cheap and chunky looking bath panels, a shower plinth added over the top of the shower tray, shower leaks in 3 places, and roller came off of the shower door after 3 days. Dean came back, said ‘it’s fine, I can sort it’. The quality of work is not acceptable. I paid a 50% deposit and after 11 days of now waiting for Dean to come and discuss, I’m having to sort it out. Disgusting service
