Pigeons roosting on drainpipes

A few years ago, we had a family of rats infest our house after building works, which he helped get to the root of the problem quickly and clear from the house for good over the course of a few weeks. Very recently, we had a separate issue with a rat chewing through the house via a drain and I didn't hesitate to call again. Thanks for the prompt and detail-oriented guidance!
