9.5Verified ReviewWork was carried out quickly, promptly and without hassle. The engineer was nice and polite enough. The only SMALL thing I thought wasn't quite right was that the engineer didn't advise specifically what he needed to do to complete the work. IE drill a bigger hole through wall and in a different place. (Although I did know a bigger pipe was needed before hand). Obviously that was what was needed, but he didn't tell me or confirm that before starting the job.
