  Dan from DD Surrey Roofing responded very quickly to my request for him to remove and replace a tile to the roof at our bungalow, that had broken off during the recent Storm Isha. He attended our property the same day and competently removed the broken tile and replaced the tile within a few minutes. He was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend him and his company and would use him in the future if we need any work to be undertaken to our bungalow roof.

  First contacted Danny when our main roof needed doing and it was only because I was in a rush to get it done and his diary was full, that I went with another, larger South of The River company - who ended up doing such shoddy work. So, when the garage roof needed doing, I waited for Danny. You are in safe hands with him and never have to worry, he is eagle eyed and does such a thorough job. Add to that - he is friendly, decent and kind, excellent at what he does and you will be glad you chose him - so, if you need roofing work done in Surrey, forget the bigger companies and choose Danny with confidence!

• Flat roof and roof repair

  Flat roof fitment was fine but there was a fair bit of mess left behind from the process that had to be cleaned up. Water also still pools on the flat roof. Also haf a repair done to an outhouse and the first bit of rain has allowed water to come straight back in which whilst it was only a temporary repair, didn't even act as a repair at all. Communication is poor and often would plan to be there for the job, you would take the day off work to be in the house and then they would not show at all and you could only get through to them a day later.Dan is a nice guy but there's alot to improve on
