  From first contact to end result! David was punctual, courteous and spotlessly clean and tidy. Even both neighbours were full of praise for the level of respect and professionalism from David. We are absolutely over the moon with the end result! A very knowledgeable professional builder which from what I hear is not easy to come by these days!! Thanks again David for an amazing job !!

• Drainage and reducing ground level

  Dave came and did exactly what he said he would do: he laid much needed drainage and connected all the down pipes to take water away from the house. He lowered the ground level at the front of the property, made the front porch much more stable and created a set of steps to the front door. He arranged everything and explained everything, answered my many questions and was so easy to discuss things with and make a few aesthetic changes. Work started at 8am every morning. He and his workers have a great relationship and they just get on with the job in hand. Dave also understands old properties.

• Renewed section of drainage

  Dave came out as an emergency when my cellar flooded during recent storms. He identified what he thought was the cause and we booked in the remedial work needed. It transpired that more work was needed than originally anticipated. Dave kept me fully informed as the job progressed.Having dug up the drive to access the drainage he relaid the block paving and there is no indication that any work has been done! He left the site clean and tidy. I have absolutely no hesitation is recommending Dave.

• Failed to respond to request for quote

  This company failed to respond to a request to provide a quote for some drainage works - I accept that a company does not always have to respond to a request for quote, but I would expect the courtesy that they advise that they are not interested. Their advertisement stated that they are interested in this kind of work and cover the area where I live (Oxfordshire).
