We had the tiling carried out in our bathroom which was fully tiled floor to ceiling and the kitchen floor tiled and walls between worktops and wall units. The work was carried out to a good standard and the property kept clean and tidy. We would recommend and use again.

Everything you read about Darren is true! He is hardworking, reliable, polite and clears up every day after working. His floor tiling was excellent and he works to a very high standard, showing great attention to detail. He was trustworthy and we left him in the house alone. He also fitted around family life and use of the kitchen for cooking etc. We obtained 3 quotes and Darren's was competitive. Generally, Darren is a 'top guy' and we would highly recommend him and use him again.

75m2 of floor tiling and some wall tiling to shower room and kitchen
Darren has done a great job for us! Even though he was on a m2 rate we spent time ensuring the setting out was correct and he accommodated other trades working around him. The end result is fantastic even though we used a cheap tile on the floor and whilst the large floor area was probably quite profitable for him, Darren had no problem returning on several occasions to do only several m2 at the same rate. A top bloke and a top job, what more can you ask for?!

Tiling floor of kitchen, hallway and downstairs wc.
I required a 60x60 polished porcelain tile to be laid into our Kitchen and Dining Room, hallway and wc at short notice following the completion of our new build property and our tight moving in schedule. I found Darren through Checkatrade and gave him and a couple of other tilers the opportunity to view the area and quote. Darren was the last of the 3 and I was immediately impressed by his ‘can do’ attitude to the trickier parts of the job. He came in with a competitive quote and given the ‘all in’ agreement we came to along with the consistent feedback he has here, I felt confident that this would be respected (and it was). I could tell Darren was the guy for us and agreed there and then for him to start the following Monday. The job took three days as estimated and each night the property was left clean and tidy inside and out. The final result was stunning and the attention to detail is clear throughout. I’m a bit of a perfectionist by nature and I have yet to find something I can fault. Our friends and family have all commented on how good the floor looks and we are very pleased customers ourselves. I’ve been actively recommending Darren to friends and family to consider when they next have tiling jobs and feel that anyone going through the process of trying to find a tiler they can trust to complete projects in their own home need look no further than Darren.

Tiling floors in kitchen and utility room and walls in the kitchen
We are extremely happy with Darren's standard of tiling. He tiled our floors with rectified porcelain tiles and his work was of a high standard and very neat. He cleans the tiles as he goes along in order to avoid adhesive residues thus making it quick and easy to clean and seal the porcelain tiles. He also did my kitchen walls which were neatly finished with a tile trim along the edges. Darren is a very polite and friendly chap who is very professional at his job. I would highly recommend him to everybody and would be very happy to ask him to do further tiling jobs in the future.
