It is regretful the customer has complained, at the time of the install she told us she was very happy.
She requested a quote for some work, this included resolving the issue of no signal, installing a wall-mounted television, installing an extra point including cabling and putting up a blind. We have no record of providing the customer with a quote for this work 18 months ago.
We believe two engineers are required when wall mounting a television. We apologise the customer felt intimidated, it was certainly not our intention and the engineers did not behave in any way which was perceived as intimidating. The engineers reported feeling uncomfortable due to the customer’s inappropriate dress despite being aware of the time of their arrival.
We provided the customer with a quote for the work, which she accepted. The customer has over-stated the amount paid for the work in her complaint. She was charged £65 for wall-mounted TV, £45 to install an extra point and £15 to install the blind. This totalled £125. We also resolved the issue of the TV signal which was the result of the customer switching off the power supply. We did not charge her for this.
