    Dan has been so professional in previous works he’s done in my home. This job both Dan and his apprentice showed the same level of professionalism, kept the levels of disruption and mess to a minimal. On leaving at the end of their working day everything was clean and tidy. On completion of the boiler installation, Dan ensured I understood how both the wireless thermostat and boiler controls worked. They are both very professional but they’re kind and friendly nature needs to also be addressed in my recommendations as well as their quality of work.

    Dan was recommended by a family member. He arranged an appointment at a convenient time, promptly arrived and diagnosed the problem and then fixed the problem. We required a replacement bath panel and Dan communicated well and arranged this and completed the job in a quick timescale. I'd highly recommend.

    Our ancient boiler finally decided to call it a day, and Dan was round on the same day to check it and confirm the work that would be needed to replace it. Excellent communication- always told us when he was on his way and promptly fitted a new boiler for us within a couple of days. I couldn't recommend DV Plumbing and Heating highly enough.
