  • Replacement oil-fired central heating boiler

    I wasn't planning to replace my boiler until the spring, but this changed when it suddenly sprang a leak and needing replacing asap. I'd been quoted for the job a month earlier and was lucky when a cancellation opportunity appeared in mid-December. The team were prompt, hard-working and the quality of their work was first-class. Everything was clearly explained, fulfilled on time and delivered as per the original quote. Having chosen DW Dunn from my three original quotes (after reading their excellent reviews), I'm happy to report their high score is completely justified. Great work!

    Mark was really responsive to messages. He booked in a time to come and check out our new hob and tap that needed fitting then arranged another time to fit them. Even though the tap ended up being a bit trickier than anticipated, Mark stuck with the quote he had given us. Mark then booked in a second time to support us with making some changes/corrections to the central heating system. He was happy to talk through what the set up was and what work he was doing so that we could understand it a bit better. We were very satisfied with his work and the cost was reasonable.
