    Derek came with us to a house viewing prior to purchasing our new home to talk through our options for the bathroom. He then helped us order all of the items we needed ready for the work to start. After removing the wall between the separate WC and bathroom to make it one room, he kept us up to date on his progress and what he planned to accomplish the following day. He continued to check in with us throughout the process so we knew of any potential issues and he offered solutions. Overall we are very happy with the outcome and have a new bathroom which will last us for years to come

    We have used Derek on many occassions and he has always been extremely quick to respond despite a very busy schedule. He was our go to guy when we needed to upgrade my mother-in-laws bathroom and he did a great job and mother-in-law is pleased, not an easy task! Derek is always cheerful and is workmanship cannot be faulted. I would unreservedly recommend him to you all.

    Highly recommended plumber. Derek responded by text quickly and was able to receive pictures of the problem via WhatsApp which is a big plus for me. He attended the same day and not only sorted the problem, but resolved other issues that were uncovered. Reasonable price, very polite and professional, explained things well. Would definitely use again
