  • Strip out and completely refurbish a downstairs toilet

    Apart from initial preparatory work by Ashley and the electrical work by Tim, George undertook all the work without direct on-site supervision. George’s attributes: - meticulous with care and attention to detail and solid workmanship covering a wide range of skills (laying flooring (LVT), painting, plumbing and tiling) - communication was good at all times, responsive and courteous in all discussions - tidy when clearing up - reliable time keeping, works hard throughout the day without supervision George is professional and highly commended, we would recommend and use the company again.

    David Mills Bathrooms were one of only 2 companies recommended by a long standing local plumbers merchants. Ashley quoted for the job within days although there was a 4 month waiting list. The team arrived on the day promised and forecast 2 wks. It was a complete strip out and refit and due to issues found the job over. We also added in downstairs toilet and sink which added time too, but that was our call. There were a few issues that were quickly sorted. Ashley’s team of Ryan and Nat were professional and courteous throughout. The quality of the tiling etc and fit was excellent. Very pleased

Company info

I started my business in 1985 after training with two ceramic tiling companies. I won new housing contracts and received two certificates for excellent work from the NHBC.

I then moved into bathroom refurbishments. I was interested in seeing the new bathroom as a project which I was involved in from start to finish. I learned the necessary extra skills such as plumbing in order to produce a finish pleasing to the customer and myself.

 

I now take credit and debit cards!
