• Driveway resurfaced

  We had our very large driveway resurfaced by Tony Penfold and are absolutely delighted with the results. Before it was a mish mash of concrete slabs, old tarmac and chippings all at different levels. Tony was meticulous in levelling out the drive and prepping it before laying new tarmac. He also put block edging around flowerbeds and drainage so it looks really smart. Everything was left immaculate when he finished also. Would highly recommend.

• Replacement of manhole on a tarmac drive

  We had a faulty manhole cover on the drive when the polypropylene frame gave way and started to disintegrate. Anthony and David were here next day and gave their recommendations as to a replacement. Five days later they cut out the old one replaced it with a metal frame and secured the manhole. Having a 10ft deep manhole, nothing was a problem for them including climbing down to remove anything that had dropped down. The care they take and the quality of the work was exemplary. Their professionalism cannot be faulted. Thank you gentlemen.

  It's no surprise to see such a comprehensive list of 10/10 ratings on here from other clients. Dave and Tony are a real find. They're knowledgeable, trustworthy and hardworking. The have a fantastic attention to detail and are able to help guide you through any project. They came and built the wall for us a few months ago. We were so pleased them and the work, that when it came to completing the rest of the driveway we didn't even get any other quotes. Even if someone had quoted less we'd have still gone back to Dave and Tony. We've wholeheartedly recommended them to friends and family.

  Fabulous job, well executed, on budget with no hidden surprises. All expectations were met and surpassed which was down to the fabulous attention to detail. Any anomalies in the initial requested work were highlighted and then rectified in an extremely cost efficient and timely way ensuring that the end result was outstanding. We would definitely use Penfolds again and would recommend them to anyone else.
