He then moved his work around to come back the next day to fit a new one, ensuring I had hot water for my young family. He was helpful and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Very polite and friendly. All mess cleaned up at the end of the day.

A boiler is such a major thing to break but Derek was so reassuring and got the job done with the minimum of fuss, leaving everything clean and tidy, he even mended a plug socket in my Kitchen too.
