• Extension and renovation of a 5 bed house

  Design and Build completed a full renovation of a 1920 house with 5 bedrooms, adding an extension with kitchen diner and 3 new bathrooms and external wall insulation and new boiler/megaflow. The guys were a pleasure to work with - communication was great, and work done quickly and to a high standard. The team have a great range of skills, they are courteous and diligent. On a small number of occasions the standard of the finish needed improving and the guys took on feedback and resolved any issues. I would definitely recommend and we will use the guys again if we do another housing project.

The team were proactive, hard working, friendly and most of all they were respectful to my family. Always happy to answer my questions, take on my design changes and keep me informed of progress. The thing we most value is that Dani is always happy to discuss and nothing ever feels that it is too much trouble.   D&B did a great job working on our house in Oxhey Hall from Sep 22 - Mar 23. I was very impressed with Dani's regular communication with me throughout the build. Dani's team were always on time, extremely professional and courteous throughout. D&B work to a very high standard and produced a beautiful house for my family to live in. The 7 month build was carried out on time and to the original agreed budget - which I was very pleased about. I would thoroughly recommend Design and Build Builders Ltd and if I was ever to build another house in the future, I would definitely work with them again.
