  • Refurbishment to convert old worn bathroom into a modern stylish shower room

    I realised very quickly that I had chosen a very cohesive and established quality team for my refurbishment. From initial site survey/quotation then through all of the processes that followed and final completion I was impressed by the courtesy, professionalism and competency of every single team member. They kept me fully informed throughout the project. All work was done to the highest standard, they arrived on time each day and completed work efficiently. They are all superbly talented and I am extremely pleased with the results.

  • Great ideas from the team to work around an old cottage

    We felt Justin & his team, who were recommended our supplier (Island Bathrooms), would do a good job having experience of working in period properties. How wrong we were! We now have a bathroom with severe damp problems, as they didn't install an extractor fan in our bathroom. 2 years on and the bathroom looks years old with the toilet seat & under-sink cupboard having peeling paint & looking years old! I contacted Justin to arrange insatallation of an extractor fan several months ago, his reply was "Yes, of course', but we've had no communication since. Avoid these people!

The whole team were friendly and courteous, kept us informed on the schedule and were open to our last minute design tweaks which we were really appreciative of.     Very good job my husband as a retired plumber was very impressed by the professionalism of the company. They were very helpful throughout the installation with suggestions and changes to enhance the finished job. The bathroom and ensuite had a good stylish and impressive finish.
