  Our loft conversion (including creating two bedrooms, an en-suite and a bathroom, and a new roof) has just been completed by Ben & his great team, and I’m really happy with the progress of the project and the completed work. In addition to Ben’s extensive knowledge and specialism in loft conversions, I’m truly impressed by his excellent communication, accurate planning and good organisation, which help to get the project running so smoothly. Ben’s build team worked very hard and are always considerate and tidy. I was always kept informed about the progress and schedule. Definitely recommended!

  Simply exceptional! Ben’s knowledge and specialism in loft conversions was second to none. Came in on time and price. Ben’s build team need their own mention; these guys are exceptional! They’re very punctual, polite, tidy and the quality of their craftsmanship was outstanding. Specific thanks to Chris (project lead) who we found especially great. All were very respectful when our children were around (checking loudness of tools etc) and putting up with our doting dog! Ben’s comms is excellent; updating often on deliveries and planned work (roofers etc). Exceptional thanks guys!

• Loft Conversion

  Called on Design A Loft to enquire how much and how quickly it could be done. Had a quote within a week and the promise of a shout if an opening came up this year. It did and we went with it. Finished on time and on budget, I’d used the company for work 10 years prior, they were good then and are even better now. Every tradesperson through my door was friendly and respectful to both my family and property. The work was top notch and we are really pleased. If you want a loft done I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  So happy with the work Ben and his team have done. We had our garage converted into a living space. So glad we chose Design-A-Loft to carry out the work as the end result is just great. In particular the new brickwork - it blends perfectly with the existing. All the guys are polite and professional. Will use them again for further work for sure. Definitely recommended! You won’t be disappointed.

  We can’t speak highly enough of Ben and his team. From start to finish they were courteous, well organised, thoughtful and hard working. We met a number of the team but on the whole it was Chris (‘no worries’), Hayden and James on site and the quality of their work was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company and Ben’s communication was excellent. He organised all trades and the structural engineers and architects recommended were equally good. There were no delays during the build and we’re delighted with the final results and wouldn’t hesitate to use DAL again.
