10Verified ReviewReally happy with the service, he touched base with the tenants to understand the nature of problem , then fixed the stop clock and ball valve. Reasonably priced and no fuss. I always get nervous sourcing tradesman because they are normally working on something you know nothing about, therefore there is that element of risk and trust to ensure a decent job is completed at a reasonable price and these guys went above and beyond to ensure I understood the work and made me fully aware of the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

10Verified ReviewLee turned up early, first thing in the morning, it was a bit of a mad house, trying to get the kids to school, but he was courteous and polite and engaged with the kids, which was nice. He got on with the job and kept us updated as to what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. He kept the mess to a minimum and cleared up when he had finished. He also answered all of the questions that we had. I can't rate Diamond highly enough, will definitely be using them again.
