10Verified ReviewMyles responded so quickly to enquiry and came out to look at the two jobs on the same day. He was happy to go ahead with them if I wished and replaced the flush handle. Rather than reconnecting the previous pop-up mechanism in the sink which was levered he suggested fitting a straightforward pop-up plug to avoid any further problems in the future. All completed in good time and everything left pristine, even made good the back of the sink with sealant. I am over the moon.

Landlord gas certificates
I work directly with many landlords and letting agents throughout the year, ensuring hundreds of homes gas safe.
Due to the nature of the work in carrying out annual gas safety checks, these are charged at a flat rate of £85.
