    I called Darren in the morning and he arranged to come round at 1pm. He turned up early and cheerfully got straight to work clearing our blocked drain - not a pleasant task. He removed the roots which caused the problem and thoroughly cleaned off the drain. A very pleasant and helpful chap.

    Darren turned up at the agreed time and immediately cleared the first manhole. It felt like he had performed a miracle. He swiftly checked and cleared three more manholes. He made sure everything was clear and working before leaving. I couldn't be more pleased.
