  Dobsons completed a full house renovation in Wakefield for us. The work included removal of structural walls, chimney stacks and some floors, full house rewire, full house replumb, new bathrooms and a new kitchen. The communication with Dobsons was excellent. The quality of work was great. Any challenges were dealt with professionally, clearly communicated and with options/solutions discussed. Working with Dobsons, our house renovation was exciting and rarely stressful. We would (and regularly do) recommend Dobsons to everyone looking for a building contractor.

  Wow, what can I say. We had planned our dream house extension and we’re completely overwhelmed by the work carried out by Dobsons. They took our plans and developed them into a reality that was far in excess of what we imagined. The quality of the job, all elements, brickwork, joinery, plastering, electrics as well as the finishing off detail, were done to such a high standard we haven’t had any snagging issues at all in the two years since. Any little extras we have asked for have been no trouble. Brilliant to have such a professional company in local reach.
