  I contacted Nicholas when I discovered an issue with the boiler and he agreed to take a look that same afternoon. Nicholas explained the call out cost clearly and arrived early. He easily identified the issue and explained it to me. Nicholas was able to get the parts needed that day and returned to fix the issue. Great, reliable, friendly service and would call on Nicholas again for any boiler issues I have in future!

  Nicholas has serviced my gas boiler annually for several years. He is always punctual, very polite, does a good efficient job and is ready to answer any questions I may have about the boiler. He is prepared to explain its strengths and weakness. It is an old Potterton boiler which he has kept going for me. I would not book another company.

  Very happy with the work and how smoothly it all went. Nocholas was excellent at explaining what would be involved and carried out his work in a thoroughly professional but friendly manner. Very impressive. Our bathroom was left in a clean state and he removed all parts of our previous boiler plus materials to patch up the gaps around the flue. He is therefore highly recommended.
