    We found our Donris installer highly efficient. He paid great attention to detail. He was polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. He changed his plans to cope with our delivery issues which had delayed completion of the installation. This was much appreciated. Excellent workmanship. Other services involved in the work were also very efficient.

    An exceptional experience from initial contact to completion, completely positive on every level. Chris quickly responded to a contact email and made a convenient appointment to survey the site and suggest a solution for the supply and install of two Velux windows. Had a written quotation with me the next day and agreed the works. Chris managed to move work around and we had the pleasure of meeting with Jay on the day of installation. Jay was charming, professional and clearly had an eye for detail which is evident in the installation. Very impressed with the craftsmanship and service.

    Due to staff illness, tradesperson did not attend on expected day. I had to call for update which was frustrating. It was sorted eventually for another day which they stuck to. Manager was very apologetic. The quality of the work carried out by Chris B was excellent and I cannot fault his workmanship, attitude, friendly manner and engagement throughout the install. Apart from the early comms issue, I would highly recommend Donris for this type of work. I would imagine their fitting of kitchens is of a high standard and we may certainly use them for this in the near future.
