    Our experience with Brent was first class from start to finish. He arrived early, immediately understood the issue, and investigated it thoroughly. Having found the problem, he thoroughly cleared the blockage, showed me what he had done and explained why the issue had arisen, and demonstrated that the drains were now clear and the urinals were no longer backing up. He advised on how to minimise or avoid the problem in the future. He was positive and courteous throughout and I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

    Brent is wonderful. Not only did he do a great job on clearing our drain, he came back at no charge when it looked like the problem had reoccurred. (It hadn't, and he was very nice about it!) We hope our drains won't need him again, but we wouldn't call anyone else if they did.
