    Mike and the Drain Doctor team replaced our septic tank last week, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They did a fantastic job in really difficult weather conditions. We had rain most days but they were still very professional and friendly despite being soaked and covered in mud! The price was mid-range but the service and workmanship was top-end, so overall it was really great value and I am really pleased that we chose to use DD. There is a lot of disruption involved in a project like this, so having someone like Mike to project manage is a great help. Much appreciated!

    Drain Doctor responded quickly to my enquiry. Within a couple of hours, their employee came to inspect the problem. That person arrived in a large van, well-equipped with the equipment required. They were hard-working, and soon had the drain flowing again. They then carried out a CCTV inspection and identified an area of roots, which had probably caused the blockage. They removed the roots by jetting, and allowed me to take photos. At all times they communicated well, explaining to me what they were doing. They cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend their services.
