  • The most honest and professional trade I've ever seen !!

    Will is the most honest and professional contractor I've seen in years! My tenant got a blocked drain, so I went to checkatrade and found Will. Will proposed a solution and quoted a very fair rate over the phone. And when Will came to do the job, neither me or the tenant was around, he managed to find the rootcause, locate the hidden manhole and finish the job all by himself! Not only the job was done nicely, but also he did not charge me a penny more. I mean, he had a chance to charge 1 hour more and nobody would ever find out, but he didn't. What an honest man! Highly Recommended !

  • Waste pipe blockage

    Very professional service and excellent communication. We had a severely blocked waste pipe affecting drainage from kitchen, utility and dishwasher which turned out to be linked to a blocked gulley. Will came and thoroughly investigated before ensuring the issue was resolved and providing advice to reduce the risk of the problem re-occurring. We will certainly use him again with any similar issues and would 100% would recommend him.

    Polite, courteous and friendly kept his word and informed of his movements when unavoidably delayed. Having made an alternative appointment he called prior to this and arrived very promptly . Nothing was too much trouble and solved the problem putting my mind at rest. Assured me he would return if needed. Pleased to say not necessary.
