    Our old doors had the vinyl covering peeling off and were in urgent need of replacement. Dream Doors were highly recommended so I requested a quote and Kay turned up soon after to do a survey and Steve followed soon after to do the measuring. Fitment was done by Andy 6 weeks later and did a fantastic job which we are well pleased with, cleaning constantly where dust accumulated. I cannot praise all the staff enough for a professional and helpful job well done and would thoroughly recommend Dream Doors.

    There was a long 5 month lead-in time which was expected. Having said this the organisation of the specialist people, was not great. A day wasted with no plasterer coming in. 2 weeks wait before the glass fitters could measure up and another 2 weeks before fitting the glass. It took 5 weeks from start to finish. Total of 8 days work spread over that time which I felt was due to lack of co-ordination. Also, the ‘plumber’ left me on day 5 with 2 leaks which had to be sorted out by an emergency plumber being called in. Having said this I am pleased with the end result eventually.

    Advice re colours etc really good. Time scale was accurate. Fitting ran to time and was carried out by a pleasant gentleman who was a pleasure to have in the house polite and very tidy. I’m extremely impressed and pleased with my new kitchen.
