    I booked an appointment with Dynarod to clear limescale/blockage between 8-1. I took time off work and no-one turned up and no one even had the courtesy to call us. We called 4 times before we were told they didn't have the men or equipment to do it. So unprofessional.

    Booked a visit from Dyno Rod to check drains and blocked kitchen sink. Was given afternoon appointment. No show. Have heard nothing from them that afternoon or since. Beware of using this company. Obviously unreliable in an emergency.

    Shockingly appalling service - engineer Luke attended my property and left my driveway in the most horrendous state, completely covered in sewage - see Google for photos. Having failed to unblock the drain he left site without even calling me, as agreed, to discuss what had happened. Fareham office showed no interest in apologising or trying to sort the issue and then still tried to charge for the service. Took a local contractor 5 minutes to unblock the drain and a further 4 HOURS to pressure wash my front step, car and driveway the following day. DO NOT USE

    ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. DO NOT USE. I BOOKED AN URGENT TOILET REPAIR FOR A BLOCKED TOILET IN THE EVENING AND WAITED UP AND NO ONE CAME. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND THEY APOLOGISED AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE AS A MATTER OF URGENCY. THEY THEN CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT AND SAID THEY WOULD ONLY COME OUT IF I PAID WEEKEND RATES WHICH WERE HIGHER. WOEFUL SERVICE

    I contacted DynoRod to request a comparison quote for work that had already been carried out by another company for my elderly neighbour. The cost of the work to reline her drains seemed very high. I spoke with Mark and after explaining the situation he kindly agreed to provide an estimate for DynoRod to carry out the same work. The estimate was considerably lower than the charge to my neighbour. Mark was extremely helpful and explained the processes involved with relining. Bearing in mind that they would not be contracted for the work his help was much appreciated.

    Organised for an engineer to attend my property 5 days ago. Time slot was allocated today Friday 23rd June 2023 1pm - 6pm. I organised my whole week to accommodate this appointment and to be available for the afternoon. Being a business owner this is very challenging albeit was achieved. Had a call at 4pm today saying appointment cancelled due to emergency. My issue will be an emergency anytime soon. Surely they have more than one engineer covering Sussex or more likely wants to get to the pub early. They had the audacity to say can we reschedule. No way. Trust lost that they won’t cancel agai
