Adjusting pipe work to boiler
10Verified ReviewWhen having a new kitchen fitted five years ago the boiler had been boxed in so that any repairs to the boiler involved removing my built in fridge freezer to access the plumbing. When the ECS engineer came to fit a new part, and again the fridge freezer had to be removed, he suggested moving all the parts which might need to be removed or serviced in the future over to the right, where they could be easily accessed. He returned and spent a few hours moving the plumbing. He was efficient, polite, thorough and clearly had a pride in his work. I will never again have to move the fridge freezer.

The work today was carried out by a very courteous plumber who was both thorough and very tidy. The same plumber has carried out work previously for me and on both occasions he has got on with the job and tidied up afterwards

10Verified ReviewProblem discovered late afternoon Friday of bank holiday weekend. Had used ECS before, so rang. Useful clear message directed me to out of hours number, which was answered promptly. They rang later that evening to confirm a plumber would attend the next day - 10 to 12. He came at 9.30.am. By good fortune had been to us before, spotted the problem straight away and had the relevant spare part on his van. System quickly running again. Happy to pay by card on site and have received receipt the following Tuesday, plus a report and pictures of what was done.

10Verified ReviewThe plumber came out as the boiler wasn’t igniting. He quickly diagnosed the issue (gas supply) and kindly arranged for the gas company to come out on an emergency call to fix the issue. Great service throughout from v friendly and efficient office staff, speedy appointment (I called at 4pm and they came out at 9am the next morning) and efficient and approachable plumber. We’ve used them before and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.
