  The team painted the ceiling, walls, skirting boards and doors in our two bedrooms and in the kitchen/living room. They also painted the bathroom ceiling. We are pleased with the results. The team were polite and helpful throughout.

• Internal wall insulation using Sempatap Thermal

  Our ground floor conversion flat has two bedrooms with outside walls that were poorly insulated, resulting in cold walls and condensation problems, and some black mould had started to form. The team treated the mould with fungicide, then installed Sempatap Thermal on the affected walls, after which they applied lining paper. Joints were made good and the walls finished in emulsion paint. The team were pleasant, helpful and courteous throughout.

  New flat roof and insulating roof and repair work to front of house Slavek expressed very clearly what work needed to be done. He was very polite and helpful and answered all the questions we had. His team are friendly and work hard. They keep themselves to themselves. The quality of the work seems to be very good. Where there was water damage previously coming in, Slavek explained how to correct this. We would highly recommend his team. Thank you very much!

• Completely taking out an old kitchen and refitting a new kitchen.

  Our experience was very good. EPM construction are very trustworthy and they had our key throughout the works. Communication with Slavek went very well. He stuck to quote and the work was completed to a high standard and he was very efficient. As with any building job there were some technical difficulties and peculiarities of the job which had to be overcome and Slavek and his team managed these very well so that problems were all satisfactorily solved. Very satisfied client!
