I'm a local plumber and bathroom fitter with 17+ years of plumbing experience. I'm looking at adjusting the focus of my work now to more plumbing repairs, plumbing installations, leaks, and all small jobs. This makes me very flexible and available to complete any jobs you may have going forward. I have a wealth of knowledge and I’m quite happy to tackle any plumbing job big or small you may have

I take huge pride in every job I complete, and I know each job finished is a job well done. The smallest job to the biggest job, each one is treated with the upmost respect and ultimately a happy customer. Those little, small plumbing jobs only get worse, the longer you leave them the worse they get and potentially more costly to repair and sort out.

I have now been self-employed for almost 8 years and in that time, I have built up a large happy customer base. Since then, I have expanded my wealth of knowledge and material knowledge through experiences, by using different products and through various extremely knowledgeable tradesmen and reps with proof to back up their words. I’m so confident in every aspect of plumbing and bathroom fitting now, from plumbing to tiling to knowing which products and materials work best, that I know I can provide a plumbing service second to none

Background

I left Sixth Form College in June 2007 and immediately started in the plumbing industry. I started my plumbing apprenticeship in September of the same year and did that one day a week for 2 years at Guildford College. I started working for a small firm immediately after I left sixth form and was with them for 8 years. My boss at the time had been taught by his dad and has over 35 years plumbing and heating experience and is extremely knowledgeable. He employed 2 others, a plumber and heating engineer. I was fortunate enough to spend equal time between all 3 during my apprenticeship and throughout my time with the company and therefore gained a vast plumbing knowledge. My boss was very much a perfectionist; all work completed had to be done to the highest standard otherwise we were made to redo it without fail. I happily carry on with that work ethic now. I have done a wide variety of plumbing jobs since I started, from new build houses worth a million pounds and more, to changing tap washers and everything in between. I was fortunate enough that my previous boss wasn’t scared of any plumbing issue and would happily turn his hand to any job that even a competent plumber would fear. This means I have learnt skills over the years and completed jobs that many would not and could not do. After a couple of years, I was soon trusted to work out on my own. Since I started plumbing in 2007, I have done new build houses, office refurbishments, bathrooms, heating work, repairing mains water pipe, repairing old iron pipework general plumbing, and more. I completed my gas course at Basingstoke College in 2012 and although I have not continued my gas certification, I still have knowledge of rules and regulations.
