  Following our recent house move, we engaged Bob & team as the lead builder and contractor to renovate the existing extension and convert the garage. Bob’s unwavering trustworthiness was evident throughout the project. The work was executed precisely according to the defined scope, specifications, and budget. We maintained open communication, collaboratively addressing any changes or challenges that arose. We are exceptionally pleased with the results achieved thus far and eagerly anticipate Bob and the team’s return to complete the next phase of our renovations.

  Bob and his team were fantastic. Whole build delivered on time and to a very high standard. We planned key decisions together, this meant we were able to have the en-suite we desired and still keep our super king bed. We trusted Bob in our home, we moved out as we have young kids, but he kept us regularly updated and was always happy to show us around. Plumber Ronnie did an expert job on bathrooms that now feel like a 5 star hotel! We had extensive electrical work too which was fairly priced ( I kept adding more lights!) . Bob has done extensions for two friends too - all top quality!

  Bob, Sean and team were hardworking with clear communication throughout. Navigated any issues that arose without fuss. We stayed in the property throughout and Bob did his best to minimise the disruption around this. Kept site tidy and can't fault the workmanship. In summary, in Bob we trust.

  It has been a pleasure to have Bob and his team at our property throughout this entire project. His team have been nothing but courteous of our house and family, professional, knowledgeable and reliable throughout the entire project. Would use again in an instant and certainly will for the next project, and will definitely recommend to all family and friends. The teams experience has shone through facing any obstacles with a calm and professional approach which is well received as a client.

  Bob runs Easyplan Building Solutions and we could not have been luckier or happier than finding Bob to do the work. Bob actually suggested we change the approved plans in order to get a better outcome, advice we followed and are very grateful for. The work was carried out over several months (Apr to Nov) but was not a inconvenience at all. Bob and all his guys / associates worked very hard, were clean, skilled, safe and very good company to have around the home. The work has been completed and we are super happy and satisfied, we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
