• External Rendering with cracks letting water in

  Hamit was able to come round quickly and take us through what would be needed to fix our problem; namely hacking off the old wall, fixing cement board, 2 coats of plaster with reinforcing mesh. Finishing with primer and a coloured silicone render. He was able to fit us in reasonable quickly , and get the job done, with an excellent result . We were lucky that the weather was fine for most of the job. They were neat and tidy workers, just requiring sugary coffee to keep them going !

• Rerender front of house

  Hamit gave us a competitive quote to remove the existing render on the front of our house and replace with silicone render. Despite very wet weather, we were kept informed at all stages throughout the job of when Hamit and his team would be working, including arrival dates for the skip and scaffolding . The job is now finished, and we are very pleased with the high quality of work and would happily use Edessa again in future. Highly recommended.

• Plastering Internal walls

  Hamit and his team have just completely plastered my bathroom as well as some walls in my kitchen and hallway. Fortunately he could fit me in and he was able to do the work quickly for us, and the whole job only took two days...!! Hamit has done work for me before and I've always found the quality of workmanship to be of a very high standard, he is polite and courteous and the team were very tidy even though they were working in various different parts of the house. In due course I will need the rest of my kitchen plastered as well as my dining room so I'll be calling on Hamit again.

• Office walls

  Hamit plastered a small box room in our house that was in a really bad way. He was recommended to us and didn't disappoint. As the room was small he was able to fit it in quickly causing minimal disruption. The job was completed in less than a day, quickly and efficiently - will definitely use again. Good communication too.

• Plastering over internal brickwork

  Hamit and team did a great job plastering over a large area of exposed brickwork where we'd had to have the area stripped and dried following a leak. Hamit was able to fit us in at short notice and the work was done quickly (in a single day) and extremely tidily. The final finish was perfect. They were also able to accommodate some extra work requested on the day (re-fixing a picture rail and skirting), which was much appreciated. Overall the experience was professional and friendly - recommended tradesman I would use again.
