    SCAM SCAM SCAM! They broke the fridge, left me out of pocket for more than £320 They only cared to contact me when I got my money back from the bank and had the check to ask for it back. They have agreed to let me keep some of the £320 but not all. It goes to show they understand they messed my fridge up and they should refund me and compensate me even. Guys please please dont fall for their bullcrap. Call your banks and get your money back if they scam you too which is for sure. Look at all their bad reviews and you will understand that even samsung is aware

  • We specialise in frost free and American style fridge freezers. We have a vast amount of experience and knowledge in this area guaranteeing an unbeatable service.
  • We are the authorised service centre for many large manufactures including, Samsung, Whirlpool, Smeg, Liebherr, General Electric & Beko – amongst many others.
  • All repairs are fully guaranteed (all parts fitted also come with 12-month guarantee).
  • We only use genuine parts purchased direct from the manufacturer, meaning cheaper prices for parts as no need to use a third-party supplier.
