    Kevin was prompt to reply to all of my messages, courteous, friendly and with a positive, can-do attitude. He arrived earlier than agreed which was great as it was a fairly urgent job. He messaged me immediately when the work was done - brilliant communication. Good workmanship and he did exactly what we agreed for a good price. Would recommend.

    Kevin’s response was very quick following my enquiry. My key had broken in the lock that evening and I had just moved into the property! I was unable to lock the door and needed to do so when leaving for work the following morning. Added to that, in the move, I had misplaced my purse. Kevin was very understanding. He arrived bright and early the following morning, replaced the lock, provided me with 5 new keys. He emailed the invoice to me to be paid as soon as I could arrange it. Kevin was polite, clean and tidy in manner and work, and I would not hesitate to recommend him. 5 ?? rating.
