    Del’s team did a fantastic job of demolishing an existing conservatory and creating an extension to my living area downstairs. Communication and standard of work was excellent. Very tidy, reliable and punctual. Would definitely use Del again for any building work in future.

    Del was open and honest in all his dealings with us. He was happy to show previous and offer references. Quote for work excluded Electrics and Plumbing, allowing us the opportunity to use other tradesmen. Quote was clear and comprehensive. Charging staged and timely as work progressed. Del managed the other tradesman well, allowing the project to continue in seamless manner. Plenty of notice was always given when we needed to make choices (e.G windows, bi folds) Work of a very high standard. All tradesmen were pleasant to deal. Del and his people got on well with the neighbours throughout.

We have many years experience in all manner of construction and property maintenance, based in Sanderstead South Croydon and with workshop premises in Anerley SE20.
