  A really positive experience. Communication was a real key factor as we were not on site but we’re given daily updates, photos and videos. Alan made himself available for weekly site visits to give us walk through a of progression. Felt like we were in good hands through it, seeing the workmanship as well, felt confident through the process. Attention to detail was always made, even sourcing the correct reclaimed bricks to match the bay window to the front. It was an extensive list of works to get the house structurally sound and all finish to a high standard.

• Kitchen renovation

  Our original plans to extend were too expensive so we decided to make use of the space we had by knocking through the existing space creating a beautiful kitchen with my wife’s vision and Equilibriums vast array of expertise. Initial work to strip out internal walls, create new desired openings and digging out the floor were done with impressive speed. Collaboration with multiple other teams / companies was handled seamlessly by Alan to ensure a high end finish.

• Victorian house. Took out a wall and chimney breast. New floor with insulation, varioys other jobs.

  Al and his team are really positive, proactive builders. They were upfront about costs and possible extra costs that might come up. They turn up when they say they will, they work hard and are cheerful, professional. They always left the site tidy at the end of the day. Al is a good project manager. The plumbers, plasterers and electricians we used all came via his recommendation and we were satisfied with their work too.

• New kitchen with some remodelling of the room.

  Equilibrium builders did a fantastic job on remodelling our kitchen / diner and fitting new kitchen. Our Edwardian house threw up lots of challenges but Alan and his team came up with creative and effective ways to solve any problems as they arose. All work was completed to a very high standard and we were always kept informed of the progress of work. The whole team were always respectful of our property and left the site clean and tidy every day. We would happily recommend Equilibrium builders.

• Upgrade outside patio area

  I was kept updated regularly and was able to discuss the project fully. Alan and his team did a first rate job and access was greatly improved for my wife who has very limited mobility. I also had some major work done on the outside of the bungalow eg repointing brickwork and roof repairs. To summarise we very pleased with the work that was done and I have no hesitation in recommending Equilibrium Building Solutions if you want a trusted professional and competent job done.
