    Steve was brilliant. He explained everything that he was going to do and what the job needed. There were a few surprises because the previous builder had done a bad job but nothing Steve couldn’t put right. His quote was reasonable and there were no added surprises in it at the end. He did a great job and kept me in the loop all the way through. I’ve had lots of builders over the years and I would definitely use Steve again.
