    David was incredibly helpful throughout the project and gave me some good advice on how to achieve the best results at lowest cost. The floor was laid very well given, especially as it is an old home and uneven sub floor, and the finisher did a great job. Would highly recommend.

    Significant Cracking in Wood Flooring. * The engineered oak flooring bought from Euro Floors in September 2018 for a new loft has cracked significantly. Many planks have large cracks in them with some planks having two or three cracks each; * The company inspected the floor in January and confirmed it was 99% sure that this batch of wood was faulty. The loft builder and builder who laid the floor agree and have not seen cracking like this in engineered wood before. * The company has tried to resolve the matter through its supplier to no avail. The floor needs replacing - a large and difficult process in a new room. The company no longer answers my emails
