    I have just had a Warmroof fitted to our conservatory by Everglade and they have done an absolutely great job. The team (three of them) turned up exactly when they said they would and worked their socks of every day. They were polite and pleasant, and absolutely professional in every detail. I cannot fault them in anyway and I am very grateful to them for everything that they have done. They have done lots of work for me in the past and I would recommend them to anyone.

    The window manufacturer had gone out of business, so replacement parts were not available. A similar part was obtained and window altered to fit. All the windows and the patio doors were serviced to stop a similar fault . This was all done with a smile .

We are a proud local caring company with 25 years’ experience within the window industry. Owner Dale Broadley believes in fitting high quality products at a competitive rate, whilst maintaining elevated customer service levels.

Everglade PVCu Products was established in 2007. Dale realised there was a need for a committed double glazing company with a true dedication to customer satisfaction.

Everglade have always believed in sourcing their products from companies with the same high standards of commitment to quality as they like give to their own customers. By fitting Kommerling, Residence 9 and Beaufort profiles combined with Planitherm technology glazing, Solidor composite doors and Freefoam roofline products, all married with a no quibble ten-year guarantee, Everglades’ exceptional products speak for themselves.

To add support to our own 10-year guarantee, installations carried out by Everglade are also covered by an insurance backed guarantee. These policies have always been ‘best practice’, but from June 2014, all tradespeople MUST provide an Insurance Backed Guarantee with every installation or home improvement project. Everglade has used the Consumer Protection Association since the start of the company in 2007. As well as covering our customers’ deposits, the CPA provides customers with a short anonymous satisfaction survey upon completion of work being carried out.

Every quarter a chart is issued by the CPA showing our customers’ feedback; these are available to view at our showroom. Because of our dedication to customer service and the excellence shown in these reports, Everglade has been awarded a 5 years’ achievement award by the CPA.

Everglade has continued to grow, now employing 7 members of staff. We do not believe in flashy advertising; simple, honest good work speaks loud enough for us.
