0Verified ReviewI have previously left a positive review for Steve at Expert Electrical Services, but unfortunately I need to provide a new, less positive review. Since conducting the work (two new plug sockets) in July 2023, I have asked Steve five times to provide a Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate. Each time, I have been fobbed off or ignored. I am very concerned that Expert Electrical Services have not carried out their work in compliance with the law.

However, would prefer to have more of a specific time of arrival as I was sat around for a long time waiting, or at least more communication with regards to this to say that someone is running late. Despite this, I would absolutely recommend for a good quality job. Thank you!
