An assessment of the roof was carried out after we experienced leaks in two areas of the ceiling and action taken to rectify. Price was agreed prior to visit so there were no surprises. Communication was all done long distance on the phone on behalf of an extremely elderly relative. Paul made her a priority on realising her age and arrived promptly at the day and time agreed.
