  • Cleaning a Neff double oven

    All was going very well until the cleaner went to replace the slide and hide door of the bottom oven and the inner glass panel shattered. The cleaner was mortified and phoned his boss who was on site within minutes. More apologies, a scrupulous clean up and further phone calls to obtain a new panel and the fitting to be carried out by a Neff authorised fitter On completion we were offered a very acceptable discount as a reimbursement. I am very impressed with the way this was dealt with as accidents are always a possibility with this type of complex door and intend to use them again

    First date moved by company from 2 days before move out date to 1 day before move out date. Communication was good and on the day 6 people turned up to clean a 3 bedroom house which was impressive. However the standard of clean was not up to my expectations. Extractor left dirty, hob left dirty, skirting boards not clean in some rooms, shower not cleaned properly, dust on light fittings, a very rushed job. Arrived late at 9.30 all done by 1pm. After a close inspection I spent 2.5 hours cleaning after they had gone. I complained and sent pictures and they reduced a very large by £ 30.00. :(
