24 Hour emergency callout. - When you have a plumbing emergency and you need a plumber to sort it out quickly – I can help – with a 24-hour emergency callout at competitive prices. I always try to prioritise emergency plumbing work.

We can help you with all types of general plumbing work, including:

• Repairing Dripping Taps - Dripping or leaky taps are frustrating. Fixing a dripping tap is a quick and easy job for us to do. If you would prefer new taps, we can sort that too.
• Burst pipes - If you can – find the stopcock and switch off the mains water supply! Then give me a call. We can solve the problem and get your water supply back up and running in no time. We can also offer expert advice on keeping your water pipes trouble free.
• Problems with Ball Valves, Tanks and Overflows - All elements of your plumbing system can experience wear and tear over time. If you spot any problems call us sooner rather than later. A timely minor repair is more cost effective any may stop the need for a larger more costly plumbing job in the future.
• Radiators – Installation and Repair - Modern radiators generally tend to have a long life span, but problems can still sometimes occur due to age or poor maintenance. From loose radiators to leaks and cold spots. Depending on the problem I can repair or replace radiators. why not take the opportunity to have your old inefficient radiators replaced with new compact, stylish high heat output radiators. I can also install thermostatic radiator valves to give better temperature control throughout your house – they may even save on your heating bills. If you require new radiators or wish to upgrade your existing heating system, then let we know and I can provide a quote based on your requirements.
• Bathrooms - From installing bath tubs and showers – I specialise in Aqualisa and Mira showers – to new toilets and basins. If you have insufficient water pressure for a decent shower, or your bath takes forever to fill, then we can install a power pump to improve the pressure in your hot water system. I can also provide a complete bathroom makeover from design and installation to finishing, no job is too big or too small.
• Kitchens - From installing washing machines, dishwashers and gas appliances to a complete re-design. Just give me a call with your requirements.
• Landlords Certificates - I can carry out the required safety checks on all the gas appliances at your property(s), work to Gas Safe regulations, and issue a Landlord Gas Safety Record Form. Landlords are responsible for the safety of their tenants. The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 deal with landlords’ duties to make sure gas appliances, fittings and flues provided for tenants are safe, landlords are also responsible for ensuring an annual gas safety check is carried out within 12 months of the installation of a new appliance or flue and annually thereafter by a Gas Safe Registered engineer.
