• Side extension and remodel

  Steve and the team have done an incredible job creating our dream forever home. They built a side extension and remodelled our house so that my mother has downstairs living and everything accessible. As part of the build they built an amazing bespoke media wall and storage space. They also offered design ideas along the way. The team worked around us (it wasn’t always easy logistically) and respected our needs throughout the process. Thank you for such a brilliant job. We would highly recommend the team for any project. Look forward to working with them again for the porch extension soon.

  Phoned up this company, he came down to review the job, told me he would send a quote by email, no email came after a week. I phoned him up, he made an excuse, then told me he was going to send one imminently. Absolutely no word from him. If he didn't want to take the job on, just be truthful and tell me. I don't rate him or the company what's so ever.

  Finishing touch, were totally professional in every manner, clean, tidy, and curtious especially to my elderly mother who has dementia and disabled. They treated her and her home with total respect which was most appreciated, as dealing with dementia can be difficult and frustrating if works disturb the routine. The quality of works was 1st class, and we were kept informed in every step of the way. The guys even hoovered up any dust as they went so as no mess was caused. Thoroughly recommend this firm for any works as they are very dedicated to satisfying the customers needs and requirements.

  The initial consultations were carried out by Steve who pointed us in the right direction. We now have a lovely main and ensuite bathroom, thanks to the hard work put in by both Dan and Ben the bathroom installers - during the installation any concerns we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thanks too to Phil who carried out our boiler exchange.

  Out of multiple quotes I got for the job, Steve’s service was by far the most comprehensive. He showed much interest and was very helpful in design advice and ideas. He knew what things worked together and went through the catalogues with me to pick out all the good stuff. Would use again.

• Full flat refurbishment

  From the minute I met Steve, I was impressed by his professionalism and timekeeping. His attention to detail was excellent I had no concerns about him taking on the job. He kept in touch regularly via email as we were living away from site. Once the job started they uncovered water under the floor and water got into the front of the flat. Steve videoed and informed me before sorting it out with dehumidifiers and heaters. The guys who worked for him were excellent. We are thrilled with the result. Loved the kitchen design. The quality of painting, wallpaper and bathroom was top quality.
