    We have used firmfix before. They are always very efficient, friendly and thorough, and we are delighted with the product. All personnel involved in the process from the original estimating to the fitting were courteous and polite. Timeframes were met and the finished product is superb. Thoroughly recommend and will use them again.

    This is a local family firm who are very easy to deal with. They listen to what the customer wants, shows you the options and suggest / advise but doesn't push you to whatever (like have experienced early days with others before I 'found' this company). The measuring / quoting / signing of contracts is straight fwd and the fitters were / are (having used them several times) very competent producing a very neat job. They are efficient and tidy, always protecting the areas they're working in and clearing up meticulously afterwards.

    2 sliding patio doors and a front door fitted. The doors operate well, the fitting was done in good time and the area was tidied up when the fitters left. The team were polite and professional. We found there was a minor alignment issue with one of the patio doors which the company happily came round and rectified. I would use FirmFix again.

    Everyone at Firmfix is polite, efficient and friendly from the sales and admin staff to the installation staff. They are excellent at resolving any issues and they are very easy to contact and very responsive. This is the third time we have used Firmfix for replacement windows and doors, the quality of their products is excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I really like that they are a local, family company, and they are about as far removed from the awful, high pressure national double glazing companies as you can get!

Salary Paid Professional Sales Staff

Our sales staff are not paid a commission; they are salary paid which means that no pressure or sales tricks will be used to make a sale. They will not use dirty tactics against our competition as we believe our product and service speaks for itself.

Manufacture

At Firmfix, we manufacture our own PVCu windows and doors to stringent British Standards. Our experienced fully employed fabricators produce quality frames time and time again.

Fitting

All of our staff are salary paid and not paid a percentage of the contract value or so much per frame. This ensures that your job is fitted correctly and not rushed by money motivated fitters. Our highly experienced fitters are paid a monthly wage and Perfection Bonus to encourage quality fitting every time.

Service

All Firmfix products are guaranteed for 10 years. Should any remedial work need to be carried out, we have our own dedicated service engineer to help.

Finance

At Firmfix we realised that to help our customers upgrade, develop and improve their homes, we needed to be able to help spread the cost as well. With that said, we now offer three different finance options that allow you to keep your savings untouched and make those important changes with affordable, monthly payments.
