    The young man from First Impressions turned up on a day different to agreed to do a quote for us as he was in the area. I thought, fair enough, but that was a bit cheeky without ringing first. Having done the quote, the man said he would email me the quote and took my details. After two weeks and no quote received, we started to ring the company to chase the quote. Messages were not responded to. Finally got hold of them today to be told it was ‘not a job for them’. Charming. I would appreciate being told this up front and not having my calls go ignored before finding out. Very unprofessional.

    Recommended to us and didn't disappoint, exceeded my expectations, did a superb job of the drive, very hard workers, couldn't be more helpful. It's a lesson that more tradesmen could take on board: do a cracking job and word gets around, these guys will always have work, I couldn't fault them.

    Couldn't recommend enough absolute top job from start to finish. Full dig out of front garden and full resin driveway put in its place in a week with no disruption to us and it looks fantastic. Big thanks to Josh, the lads and all involved.
