    Freelance Entry Solutions replaced my old double garage door with a Hormann Renomatic 42 and Supramatic Remote Operator. The installation representative was professional and knowledgeable. He answered my follow up questions quickly. Estimate was reasonable and detailed. The two man installation team turned up on time. They were very good, professional, and friendly. They worked hard all day and with care. I was impressed that they took extra care removing the old wood frame without damaging the cement surround. Three months later after use, I am pleased with the job. I recommend Freelance.

    An excellent experience from beginning to end. The Hormann door is a well designed and manufactured product that is obviously very high quality. The Service from Freelance was equally high quality. Plenty of expertise and advice from the Sales/Estimator with no pressure giving us plenty of time to make up our minds. The fitting team took great care with great attention to detail whilst being friendly. The administration was quick, helpful and efficient. Overall we are delighted and would highly recommend them.

    As they are a SWS door approved installer I contacted the company to see if they could help with an opening/closing problem which had appeared after a power loss. After outlining the problem to Jenny, she put me through to Rob, who was fantastic. Not only did he offer a number of potential solutions, but he spent a lot of time talking me through the options. I felt that he was genuinely interested in me as a customer. The following morning Matt and Wes, both of whom were great, were able to expertly fix the problem.     Purchased a new garage door to replace my ancient one. Dealt with by Tony in an efficient manner who measured the opening and discussed my requirements and provided a quote. Quality door with multipoint locking from Garradoor. Agreed the installation date and the installers arrived on time and got straight to work and finished in the time frame expected. Existing door was removed from site. Very pleased with the job and my garage and contents are now better secured. My thanks go to all involved with my order.
