    Both the initial survey and the installation went very well. The initial survey was very informative and resulted in an accurate quote and detailed installation plan which was carried out to the letter. Very impressed with this company, its timekeeping, politeness, neatness, professionalism, customer focus and most importantly, quality of work.

    Friendly Water installed a water softener in our house, and did a great job. We have worked with them over the last decade on two different homes we have moved into over that period. In each instance over that decade they have been excellent. For this last installation, they came out quickly for a site assessment and quote, and then the installation was done to a very high level/standard. We are very pleased with the quality of the customer care/service and also the work itself. We have always found them to be brilliant at aftercare, and will expect nothing less going forward.
